Workshop Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

We understand that floral workshops are an investment and we want to make them as accessible as possible. Therefore we are offering two payment options. You can pay in full or you can pay a £25 deposit with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before the workshop. If you make a deposit payment via the online shop, you will receive an invoice by email for the remaining payment in due course. The invoice will give you the option to pay by bank transfer or online via a secure payment link. It is your responsibility to ensure that full payment is received by the due date on the invoice. If payment is not received you will not be permitted to take part in the workshop and you will lose your deposit.

If you pay the deposit for more than one person, we can invoice each person separately for the balance. If you would like us to do this please email emma@wildandunruly.co.uk with a list of names and email addresses within 7 days of the deposit payment.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be sent by email to emma@wildandunruly.co.uk.

If you give 28 days’ notice to cancel you will receive a full refund. Less than 28 days’ notice you will be offered the opportunity to move to an alternative event or date. If the value of the alternative event is less, we will refund the difference. If you cannot move to an alternative event or date, you will be offered a credit note valid for 6 months. You are welcome to send someone else to take your place, please let us know their name and contact details before they attend the workshop otherwise they may not be permitted to take part.

We reserve the right to cancel events where necessary and will try to give attendees a minimum of 14 days’ notice where possible. You will either be offered a refund in full or the opportunity to move to an alternative event or date. If the value of the alternative event is less we will refund the difference. If the value is more, you will need to pay 50% of the price increase.
